Terry Wall founded Vital Signs, Inc. in 1972 and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until the company was sold to General Electric in 2008 for $990M. He serves as an advisor to Volcano Capital and serves on the boards of Brain Temp Inc., Entac Medical, and HydroCision Inc. Previously, Mr. Wall served on the boards of Visionsense, Roxwood Medical, Bionx, X-Site Medical, Omnisonics, and Exogen.
Mr. Wall received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pace University.
